alrighty..GiLs Day ..12/30/08

I had a good night sleep last night, so I woke up early enough to suit up to ride my bike. Got on my R6 and went to the gas station. On my way there, it was hella foggy, and I was wondering if I was making a mistake. I still decided to ride. Got to the gas station, and filled up. About 8 bucks to fill up,SCHGOWEET!.
On my way to work, the fog stopped around Stevenson, after that it was fine.Again, I arrived at my work and NO ONE was there, but this time I couldn't sleep cus I rode.It was ok, only had to wait 10 mins.Today I did more vehicles then I did yesterday.Couple oil changes,couple oil leaks,couple check engine lights,couple noises.
Went to Burger King for lunch. I ordered 3 Jr woppers, DOLLAR MENU FTW!
Did a couple more oil changes,and finished off with a check engine light which was a cyl 4 misfire. I sorta ripped the fuel injector o-rings when taking them out, so I'm stuck until they get here tomarrow.Now I'm UPDATING this dang page...muahahahahaaa..time to go home..

wow..guess what.

well. It seems like I'm the only one updating this blog. So I guess that it will be a day in GiLs life..hahah

ok so lets begin...this morning I opened my eyes around 5am.Got ready for work and autostarted my car because I was too lazy to get suited up to ride my bike.On my way to work, I was falling asleep, so I turned on the A/C on full blast. That kept me awake.When I got to work at 6:25, there was nobody there to open the shop. I decided to take a 30 min nap in the drivers seat of my car. So 7am rolls by and I start working. I did one vehicle whose complaint was rough idle. Turned out to be an EGR tube seal.Grabbed my next job and it was a 60k major service(GRAVY). Performed the 60k major service and went to lunch. I was craving something asian, so I went to this Korean BBQ place near my work.Ordered my food and waited. After getting my food, I made my way across the street to the am/pm gas station to get a drink because the BBQ place wanted 1.50 for a can of soda.Once I got back to work, I ate my food and drank my drink, surfed the net a bit, and now Im bloging. haha..well I'm gona go home now..

Lets see how many times I can post in a row..or at least daily..hahahahahah

What Tony Joo has been Up To

So this is Cyclocross. I did my first race this morning with mini cooper John, it was super fun (i placed last, behind this man next to me who's 3 times my age). Oh, and thats my new bike im riding, its a 08' Jamis aurora elite. Google it! haha. its a touring bike, but it does just fine for cross although it is a LOT heavier than those dedicated cross bikes. Also, I might not sell my bike anymore to use it as a dedicated fun bike. although if anyone wants to buy it im willing to negotiate a deal since i wont be riding it more than once a week at the most.

Wassup all...havent updated in a WHILE. Since i was at starbucks by myself for an hour today, I got bored and here I am at home. Lets see....oh THANK YOU JOSH! for my pink rear strut bar. Hopefully I get it in on sunday after we get brads Hachi..we'll see when we get back. haha. So Brad going from AWD to RWD. booo..haha JP. I like AWD,RWD, and FWD. They all have their ups..n downs.. This is jus what i think..AWD is expensive due to all the moving parts(front diff/rear diff/driveshafts/)all which mean more sheit to maintain. RWD is Cheaper but still expensive.FWD cheapest, but still on a budget(too many parts to choose from). Tires for AWD expensive cus it is recomended that you replace all 4 at the same time. RWD is kinda expensive due to the fact that most of us would wana get that thing HERRA sideways.I say FWD has it easy on tires.They still have the rear to wear down. All this is of course if you have no alignment problems, and are in the specs.
AWD + Snow/Rain + GAS = FUN
RWD + Extra tires or RAIN + GAS = FUN
FWD + Trays + GAS = FUN

AWD or FWD or RWD...no matter what...you need gas. oh BTW today i saw 3.15 for 91 newark 76 across BIG O TIRE...its getting cheaper..haha
any how...no matter what ...CARS ARE FUN but expensive!
